If a customer refuses or fails to provide the requested deposit:

Company Cancellation

WallasCorp reserves the right to cancel, delay, reschedule, or modify services due to:

  • Rough sea conditions
  • Technical or mechanical issues
  • Government restrictions
  • Port authority instructions
  • Safety concerns
  • Aviation restrictions

Customer safety always remains the highest priority.

Where possible, customers may also be offered:

  • Alternative dates
  • Alternative excursions
  • Credit vouchers
  • Upgraded experiences subject to availability

Force Majeure

WallasCorp shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:

5. Weather Policy

Customer safety remains the highest priority.

Trips may be delayed, modified, or cancelled due to:

  • Strong wind
  • Rough seas
  • Cyclones
  • Unsafe marine conditions
  • Heavy rain

Weather decisions are made by the captain or management according to maritime safety regulations and operational judgment.

Light or temporary rain alone may not automatically result in cancellation if safety conditions remain acceptable.

6. Arrival & Departure

Customers must arrive at the agreed meeting point on time to ensure smooth operational scheduling and safety procedures.

Shared Excursions & Shared Tours

For shared excursions or group departures, customers are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time.

Because other guests are participating in shared trips:

  • Boats cannot be significantly delayed for late arrivals
  • Late arrival may result in reduced excursion time
  • Departure may proceed without absent guests
  • No refunds may be provided for missed departures due to customer lateness

Private Charters

For private charters, WallasCorp offers greater scheduling flexibility whenever operationally possible.

Reasonable delays may sometimes be accommodated for private bookings depending on:

  • Operational schedules
  • Sea conditions
  • Crew availability
  • Other reservations on the same day
  • However, customers are still encouraged to arrive on time to maximize their excursion experience.

Late Arrival

Late arrival may:

  • Reduce excursion duration
  • Modify itinerary timing
  • Affect operational scheduling
  • Result in cancellation without refund in certain situations
  • Departure and return times may vary slightly depending on:
  • Weather conditions
  • Sea conditions
  • Maritime traffic
  • Operational and safety requirements

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Follow crew instructions
  • Behave respectfully
  • Avoid dangerous behavior
  • Supervise children
  • Inform staff of relevant medical conditions

WallasCorp reserves the right to refuse service to anyone acting dangerously or under the influence of excessive alcohol or drugs.
